Duties and Responsibilities: 

The key job functions are:

• Helping set up and tear down event spaces—think tables, signage, décor, and more
• Greeting guests with a smile and offering helpful directions or information
• Monitoring event areas to ensure a safe, positive atmosphere
• Answering questions and offering assistance with anything from seating to schedules
• Keeping things tidy during events with light cleaning and upkeep
• Supporting fellow team members to keep everything running smoothly
• Staying flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed

Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is required

Skills:

• A high level of reliability—you show up on time and ready to go
• Confidence in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable presence
• A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever you’re needed
• Ability to follow directions and adjust to changes on the fly
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and help with light lifting
• A polished, professional demeanor—even when things get hectic
• A strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized

Base Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on assignment

• Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours: Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and events needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).

• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
• Monday – Friday (occasional weekend shifts available)
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Part time opportunities available – 1-3 days per week

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
