Are you set up with Direct Deposit?
A direct deposit form was sent to you via Right Signature. Please ensure this is complete before submitting your timesheet. If you have not received it, please check your junk folder and/or contact About Staffing.
Timesheets must be submitted using our online timesheet system by SUNDAY AT MIDNIGHT each week – NO EXCEPTIONS! A third party is in charge of all payroll services for About Staffing. If your timesheet is submitted late, you will be paid the following week. This means we need your timesheet completed in full each week. As it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your properly filled out timesheet before the deadline, we strongly recommend that you call us if you have any questions on how to correctly fill out your timesheet online; we will be more than happy to help you!
Your login: is your email address and the password that was provided to you by About Staffing. If you cannot find that password, please contact About Staffing.
Enter the hours correctly: from the time you started work each day and the time you left. If you were late, please ensure that is reflected in the time or the client will reject your timesheet, possibly resulting in pay check delays.
Please leave any missed days blank.
Lunch: Enter the length of your lunch break, eg. 30 under the minutes column if you took a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime: Please ensure your hours amount up to 8 hours per day, or a total of 44 hours maximum per week, unless you were asked to work overtime, in which case the supervisor will approve.
Less than 3 hours: If you were on assignment for less than 3 hours, indicate the total time you were working, and payroll will adjust accordingly with our 3 hour minimum pay policy. This minimum policy may vary depending on circumstance behind the shortage of hours, such as being sent home early not due to shortage of work, or leaving the assignment without notice.
Holidays: For any statutory holiday days off, please leave this blank on your timesheet. If you qualify for Holiday pay, this will be processed by Payroll automatically.
– Once you hit SUBMIT, the hours are sent as final hours for the week for that assignment and you will be unable to access again. DO NOT hit submit if you are completing the timesheet daily but you are on the same assignment.
– No need to print or send a paper copy, all timesheet are sent automatically to the Supervisor for approval upon hitting SUBMIT.
