What do you like most about working at About Staffing?

I love the people I get to work with. It’s a collaborative, supportive environment, and it’s fulfilling to help people find their ideal jobs.

What is one skill you are currently working on?

I’m working on improving my data analysis skills to better track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.

What was your first job?

My first job was a Front Office Agent at a hotel. It taught me a lot about customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

What job interview question do you hate the most?

I don’t like the question, “Where do you see yourself in five years?” It’s hard to predict, and I think it’s more important to focus on immediate goals and the job at hand.

What are the best skills you bring to the job?

Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to help address client and candidate needs effectively.

What was your favourite meal growing up?

I have to say, my favorite meal growing up was probably a big, cheesy plate of spaghetti!

Favourite local take-out spot?

My favorite local take-out spot would have to be Seniore’s Pizza, they have the best Donair pizza in the city!
