We always have many GREAT temporary opportunities for junior, intermediate and senior Receptionists. These roles can vary from short-term placements of a few days up to long-term contracts of 6 months to a year.
The most important qualities our clients look for in these positions is a positive, go-getter attitude as well as exceptional customer service skills. You will be the face of this company and it is of the utmost importance you represent them in a professional and upbeat manner. Previous experience is an asset, however this is also a great opportunity to build experience on your resume. Post Secondary Education is a benefit, but not a requirement. Our clients are in need of candidates with MS Office skills at all levels. An upbeat, positive attitude goes a long way in temporary placements. We are looking for candidates that exhibit positive behavior at all times and work hard to make an excellent first impression for our clients. Professional presentation and demeanor is very important!
About the Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will range depending on the level of experience the placement requires. Typical responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
•Answering Calls & Greeting Clients
•Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
•Arranging couriers/Receiving Mail
•All other office support required
Temporary placements range from $15.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Payroll is completed on a weekly basis.
